Fencing should only be encouraged in parks that are near urban areas and contain endangered species like rhinos. Though fencing tends to limit the movements of animals resulting to over capacity and even inbreeding due to limited space.
But in the long run fencing does help coz in rare cases should u find conflicts arising after fencing has been done since both adopt to the new way of life
That is a better option than not fencing because if there is much conflict there will be loss of animal lives since people will encourage poaching as a disguise and excuse for conflict.
Okey, fencing may reduce human wildlife conflict but at the same time interfere with the lives of the animals, now a better solution maybe settling people far away from the parks. On the issue of poaching, strict laws should be enacted against pouchers.
